THE PELLE INK DIFFERENCE
Pelle Ink places strong emphasis on the lymphatic system, combining advanced laser technology with holistic approaches that stimulate drainage and recovery—supporting faster, more effective removal.
We use advanced Q‑Switched Prime laser technology—the gold standard for tattoo removal—designed to fade ink safely without damaging the surrounding skin
How tattoo removal works
Let me walk you through the steps
Targeting Pigment
The Q‑Switched laser delivers ultra‑short pulses of high‑energy light measured in nanoseconds. Each pulse is absorbed by the tattoo pigment—not the surrounding skin. Different wavelengths allow for precise targeting of various ink colours.
Breaking the ink apart
When laser energy hits the pigment, the ink shatters into microscopic fragments. This photoacoustic process uses sound and light rather than heat, making it significantly safer for the skin.
Your body clears the ink
Once the pigment is broken into smaller particles, your body’s natural immune system takes over. The weeks following treatment, the lymphatic system gradually flushes out the fragmented ink, causing the tattoo to fade progressively. Pelle inks difference is the focus on the lymphatic system, using holistic approaches to stimulate and promote drainage thus removing shattered ink faster.
Multiple sessions for best results
Because the body can only clear a certain amount of pigment at a time, tattoo removal is done over a series of sessions. Treatments are spaced several weeks apart to allow healing and maximum ink clearance. The total number of sessions depends on factors such as ink colour, density, depth, age of the tattoo, and your individual skin response.
What to expect
During treatment, the area may feel like a quick snap against the skin. Temporary redness, swelling, or frosting (a white, chalky appearance) is normal and usually subsides shortly after treatment. Aftercare is an important part of the process and will be fully explained to support proper healing and results.
Post‑Treatment Aftercare Instructions

About me
“Hi there! I'm Katie, a dedicated Registered Nurse with more than 20 years under my belt, who is going to use those skills to safely and effectively remove tattoos and unwanted pigment from skin.
Tattoos tell stories. Some great, some funny and well some, we would just rather forget... Like many, I too have one of those stories and became fascinated with the process of removal and how powerful our bodies are at removing unwanted things.. The beauty of this industry is that I get to put my procedural skills to use, meet great people with interesting stories and are surrounded by many pieces of creative art work, which you will see, is my hobby of mine. I have a long career in the medical field and are looking to combine that knowledge with complimentary medicine and techniques to improve the process of removal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, please make sure you apply it to the site and cover 90mins before your appointment. Please refer to socials if you are unsure how to apply or which products.
Most likely not, although you will see some serious drop out after 3 sessions. After your initial consult and first treatment we will be able to give you an idea of how many treatments you will require.
You may only need 3 sessions if you are getting your eyebrows removed.
NO! The eyebrows are one of the easiest tattoos to remove. Please do not shave your eyebrows, they will lighten and the pigment will leave the hair follicle, however we are a discrete studio and nothing an eyebrow pencil can not fix.
Yes, these are one of our favorite. We love working with you to remove partial or fade the area of tattoo that you want to cover up. If it is partial- the best way is to get the area you want to keep marked out with white eyeliner and take a photo. Every session we will re-trace the area and only target the unwanted ink.
I'm going to say yes, but remember every case is individual.
The tattoos location plays a major role- the closer you are to lymph nodes the faster the clearance. Hence why Pelle Ink places so much emphasis on circulation and lymph.
Short answer- Yes, but no more than getting your tattoo.
Remember you can use numbing cream-and it is really quick!
We have music and stress balls to help!
